WARRANTY CLAIM SUBMISSION

For all BBR (Blackberry) products, customers must submit warranty claims through the original purchase channel. This is the primary and recommended claim process.

If you cannot identify your purchase channel

If you are unable to remember or contact the original purchase channel, please follow the below steps.

In this case, the customer must provide:

  • The product
  • Proof of purchase (receipt)
  • The original packaging (as the serial number is on the packaging)

Once the information is verified, the product can be sent to our headquarters for claim processing.

Disclaimer:

  • Claims without proof of purchase may not be accepted
  • The product and packaging should be sent together for verification

 

WARRANTY POLICY

This warranty applies to all BBR Blackberry products unless otherwise stated.

Notebook RAM & PC RAM

Warranty: Lifetime

BBR Blackberry RAM products are covered by a lifetime warranty, or until the product is discontinued. In the event of discontinuation, the company will provide at least one (1) year prior notice.

MicroSD Memory Cards

Warranty: 3 Years

BBR Blackberry MicroSD memory cards are covered by a three (3) year warranty, or until the product is discontinued, whichever occurs first. The company will provide at least one (1) year prior notice in the event of discontinuation.

Exception (selected models):

MicroSD products with capacities of 8GB and 16GB (P/N: BBR-MSD-UL-8G and BBR-MSD-UL-16G) are covered by a lifetime warranty.

SSD (Solid State Drive)

Warranty: 3 Years from the date of purchase

CPU Box NEXT Products

Warranty: 3 Years from the date of purchase

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

(Applicable to all products unless otherwise stated)

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products without a warranty sticker or with an unreadable warranty expiration date
  • Products that have been physically damaged (e.g., chipped, bent, deformed, or broken)
  • Damage caused by improper use (e.g., water damage, corrosion, or burn marks on chips or circuit boards)
  • Products that are outside the warranty period

Coverage Scope:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors.

Remedy:

The company reserves the right to repair, replace, or substitute the product with an equivalent model of equal or greater value. In cases where the original product is no longer available, a comparable replacement will be provided.

Compatibility Notice:

Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their systems prior to purchase. Compatibility issues are not considered defects.

Data Responsibility:

The company is not responsible for any data loss. Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting products for warranty claims.

Warranty Claims:

Products must be returned through the original place of purchase or authorized distributors.

Lifetime Warranty Definition:

“Lifetime” refers to the product lifecycle, not the lifetime of the user.

Limitation of Liability:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges, accidents, or natural disasters.
